Michael Walach
The President and founder of the company has been an innovator, manager, and executive in the optical industry for over 35 years. He graduated from a Technical College specializing in electro-technology; attended VUT University in Brno, Czech Republic; Earned a Master Optician Certification in Warsaw, Poland. In the 70’s Michael and Stephen Cohen of CC Systems opened a wholesale optical lab in Toronto, Canada. |

| In 1977 Michael became the General Manager of Coburn in Montreal, Canada. In the 80’s he has developed a lab program and within 10 years gained a customer base of over 700 labs in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Michael also developed a line of sophisticated microprocessor quality control instruments for optical laboratories, hard and disposable tooling systems, and holds U.S. patents on unique mulifocal lenses. In the 90’s Michael opened a wholesale lab in Warsaw, Poland and optical retail stores in the Czech Republic. Over the years Michael has done consulting for software companies and labs in the U.S., Canada, and Europe including AKLENS in Izmir, the largest lab in Turkey, and Zeiss in Germany. In Quest Optical Specialty Lab he is committed to utilize his knowledge and lifetime experience to continuously innovate, improve, and produce the highest quality effective prescription lenses to better the quality of life of patients and to maintain and raise the professional standards of the eye care profession.

Kasia Rogozinska-Kimura
In 2000-2003 Kasia attended the Silesian University in Katowice, Poland, and earned a Bachelors degree in Legal Administration. She worked in Property Management in Cieszyn, Poland for one year. In November 2004, she immigrated to the United States where she later joined Quest Lab in the Accounting Department. Since starting she has been promoted to be the Manager of the Customer Service department. |

| She has a great understanding of customer needs and has displayed a good comprehension of the company objectives. There is no doubt that she is a great addition to the Quest Lab team.

Greg Boruta
After graduating from a Technical College specializing in mechanical engineering, Greg studied business management at the National Louis University in Nowy Sacz, Poland. In 1996 he moved to the U.S. and got certified for A+ and Network+ at Data Management Systems in Clearwater, Florida. He worked as a quality inspector and later a Senior Quality Inspector for Ventel Plastics in Largo, Florida. |

| In 1999 he joined Walach Industries as a technician and later a casting technologist. In 2004 Greg joined our company. Because of his technical knowledge and management skills he has earned respect of his peers gained a reputation as a reliable, technically knowledgeable, and effective leader.

David Thomas
David started in the optical industry in the late 70’s in a wholesale lab in Ohio. The lab was managed by his father, a 40 years veteran of the profession, a man of great wealth of knowledge and skills which he has passed on to his son over the period of 5 years during Dave’s tenure with the lab. |

| Later Dave has worked for wholesale and retail labs in Georgia and Florida as a technician and manager and has earned a reputation as a highly knowledgeable, skilled, and versatile professional in all aspects of laboratory operations. In 2005 David joined our team in order to apply his skills and knowledge to the highly demanding specialty lab field and to further strengthen his grasp and comprehension of the ever challenging specialization.
